ROYALTYFREE LICENSE WITH ONE TIME PURCHASE

"Royaltyfree" is the term used throughout the art-industry. Royaltyfre means that you may use an illustration freely.

Purchasing images from ARTSERVANT.COM grants you royalty-free usage of the illustrations for magazines, church bulletins, sermon notes, bookcovers, brochures, ads, newsletters, etc. and on the Internet. You are allowed to adjust color, and crop the illustration to make it fit in to your personal design.

However, you may not resell, sublicense or otherwise transfer any of the illustrations. Reproduction rights granted to you may not be assigned. They are personal to you or your employer.

Postcard, and greeting-card can only be produced for private use, not for commercial use.

Please make sure that you examine each Image you intend to use for possible digital defects before sending the Image for Reproduction. Artservant shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any third party arising from any alleged or actual defect in any Image or it's caption or in any way from it's Reproduction.
